Safetity · 2024 · Mobile · B2B Dashboard · Travel · Safety
A travel safety platform that stays calm under pressure.
A global travel safety platform helping individuals, companies and governments plan safer trips using real-time risk insights, emergency tools and compliance dashboards.

Safetity provides unified, real-time travel risk insights and one-tap emergency response for individuals — and a corporate compliance dashboard for organisations responsible for traveller safety.
The Problem
No single source for real-time safety information, fragmented tools ignoring multiple risk types, unclear emergency response, and poor corporate visibility for employee safety.
The Goal
Provide unified real-time risk insights, simplify emergency response to one tap, give companies compliance tools, and build trust through clarity and transparency.

82% user satisfaction in usability testing, a 72% increase in engagement after the redesign, an 80% Customer Effort Score, and strong early adoption across B2C and B2B segments.
Takeaways
In crisis-driven products, clarity beats feature depth. Trust is built through transparency, not authority. Safety UX must be fast, calm and cognitively light.

- 0380% Customer Effort Score indicating simpler journeys
- 04Strong early adoption across B2C and B2B segments
What I learned
Simplifying safety data dramatically improved comprehension. Clear emergency flows increased user confidence. Dual-audience design remained coherent across segments.
Next Steps
Expand live data partnerships earlier, run longer real-world pilot tests during active travel periods, and continue refining emergency response flows.
